The Company May Conduct The Challenge Concurrently And Concurrently On Several Participating Radio Stations Owned And Not Owned By The Company, And In Diverse States.
Clear Channel Broadcasting, Incorporated. Its subsidiaries and affiliated corporations (together, the "Company"), will conduct the Challenge significantly as explained in these rules, and by playing a part each participant agrees as the following :
The Company may conduct the Challenge simultaneously and simultaneously on several participating rock radio stations owned and not owned by the Company, and in varied States, and the Company may add or remove participating stations or change call letters of any participating station at any time in the Contest as narrated on the influenced station. Participating stations are mentioned above.
1. Description of Contest / Collaboration.
A. Dates of Contest : The Challenge will start and finish on or about July twenty-three, 2011 thru July 24, 2011.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE Doesn't INCREASE Percentages OF WINNING. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning rely upon the number of partakers.
B. The right way to Enter : Hear the station Saturday - Sun. between 9AM and 11PM PST for the cue to call in and be the elected caller to the Station's contest line. The proper caller will win a prize. There'll be a total of 14 on air qualifiers for the Challenge.
2.. Prize (s). The prize (s) that might be awarded to the qualified winner (s) are :
Preliminary Prize : A family 4-pack of tickets to KGB Sky Show on Saturday, Sep 17th, 2011 at Qualcomm Stadium. (prize price $52.00). Prize offered by KGB
The prize (s) that might be awarded to the eligible winner (s) are not transferable, redeemable for money or exchangeable for any other prize. Winner (s) must present state permitted identification before being awarded the prize. All prizes or prize vouchers must be redeemed from the Station within 30 days of the challenge end date unless stated otherwise in these official rules. Certain prizes are date specific (i.e. Concerts, trips) and the winner or winners must be available on the dates mentioned. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified for any basis, the Company reserves the inalienable right to establish an alternative winner or not to award that winner's prize, in its sole tact.
3. Eligibility and Constraints. Partakers and winner (s) must be U.S. Residents, at least 18-years old, as determined by the Company, and reside in the Station's Total Survey Area (TSA), as defined by Arbitron Incorporated. If the challenge is open to minors, a guardian or parent of any participator who is a minor must sign a release on behalf of the minor to be accepted to receive a prize nonetheless , the Company reserves the inherent right to refuse to award a prize to any minor. Unless otherwise stated above, only one (1) entry per head. Just one (one) prize per home for the Challenge for any 30 (30) day period. Workers of the Company, the Contest's participating sponsors and their ad agencies, workers of other radio or television stations, and members of the instant family of any such persons are not eligible to take part and win. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, brothers , parents, children, grandparents, and grandkids, whether as "in-laws," or by current or past marriage (s), remarriage (s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.
4. Phone and Delivery Disclaimer. If a contest is a call in to win contest and / or a phone is needed to take part in the Challenge, players are constrained to the use of ordinary phone hardware. Partakers that permit the "Caller ID" block function may not be allowed to take part unless they enter their correct area code and phone number if prompted, or disable the features holding back their participation in the Contest. Partakers using equipment not set up for toll free phone exchanges (eight hundred, 888, 877, 866, etc .) may experience call connection Problems. The Company denies all liability for the incapacity of a participant to finish or continue a phone call due to gear malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts outside the Company's control, or otherwise.
