The Company May Conduct The Competition Concurrently And At The Same Time On 1 Or 2 Participating Radio Stations Owned And Not Owned By The Company, And In Diverse States.
Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. Its subsidiaries and associated companies (together, the "Company"), will conduct the Competition significantly as described in these rules, and by playing a part each player agrees as the following :
The Company may conduct the Contest simultaneously and simultaneously on several participating rock radio stations owned and not owned by the Company, and in various States, and the Company may add or remove participating stations or change call letters of any participating station at any point during the Contest as narrated on the affected station. 1. Description of Contest / Collaboration.
A. Dates of Contest : The Contest will begin and end on or about July 23, 2011 through July 24, 2011.

B. The right way to Enter : Hear the station Sat. - Sunday between 9AM and 11PM PST for the cue to call in and be the designated caller to the Station's contest line. The proper caller will win a prize. There will be a total of fourteen on air qualifiers for the Contest.
2.. Prize (s). The prize (s) that might be awarded to the eligible winner (s) are :
Preliminary Prize : A family 4-pack of tickets to KGB Sky Show on Sat., September 17th, 2011 at Qualcomm Stadium. (prize worth $52.00). Prize offered by KGB
The prize (s) that may be awarded to the admissible winner (s) aren't transferable, changeable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. Winner (s) must present state authorized identification before being awarded the prize. All prizes or prize vouchers must be redeemed from the Station inside 30 days of the contest end date unless stated otherwise in these official rules. Certain prizes are date specific (i.e. Concerts, trips) and the winner or winners must be available on the dates mentioned. If a winner can't be contacted or is disqualified for any basis, the Company reserves the privilege to establish an alternate winner or not to award that winner's prize, in its sole discretion.
3. Suitability and Limitations. Participators and winner (s) must be U.S. Residents, at least 18-years old, as set by the Company, and reside in the Station's Total Survey Area (TSA), as outlined by Arbitron Incorporated. If the challenge is open to children, a parent or guardian of any player who is a minor must sign a release on behalf of the minor to be accepted to receive a prize nevertheless , the Company reserves the inherent right to refuse to award a prize to any minor. Unless otherwise stated above, only one (1) entry per person. Just one (1) prize per home for the Contest for any 30 (30) day period. Employees of the Company, the Contest's participating sponsors and their ad agencies, staff of other radio or TV stations, and members of the immediate family of any such folks aren't eligible to take part and win. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, brothers mums and dads, youngsters, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws," or by current or past wedding (s), remarriage (s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons living at the same household whether or not related.
4. Phone and Delivery Disclaimer. If a contest is a call in to win contest and / or a phone is wanted to take part in the Competition, participants are constrained to the employment of standard telephone hardware. Partakers that allow the "Caller ID" block function may not be permitted to participate unless they enter their correct area code and phone number if prompted, or disable the features holding back their collaboration in the Challenge. Partakers using equipment not set up for toll free phone exchanges (800, 888, 877, 866, etc .) may experience call connection Problems.
