Examine These Items If Your Engine Will Not Crank
One of my customers a few years ago - who was stuck at the mall, once gave me a call for assistance. She could not get her auto engine to turn over. If your engine will not turn over at all, the issue probably lies with the battery quite frequently. Loose or corroded battery terminals cause many cars to be towed to auto repair shops every year. If the auto fails to fire up, check the battery and battery connections first. Here's a quick auto repair tip, turn the lights on and try the horn. This will be a quick test to see if your battery has any power left in it. You could have a look at the wirings around the batteries assuming your horn and head-lamps aren't functioning. An improperly charging alternator can cause the same sort of issue. Examine the alternator as well, to ensure the battery is getting a charge. Starters can have an open circuit or draw excessive amps. Once you are sure a good battery is installed, you need to check the 12v cable that emanates from the battery and connects to the starter.
