The Flat Bar Road Bike Captures Just The Right Balance For Many People

Road bikes are ideal for speed and competition, whether it's a road race or triathlon. But did you know that there are actually more people using them as alternative or supplemental transportation or a form of exercise than anything else. It really is a great way to workout.
