I finally did it! After months of procrastination, I did something I've wanted to do since I made my New Year's Resolution. I've always believed that the greatest gift I could give myself was to make sure I was healthy and fit, so I got myself a very handy mini exercise bike to have a workout whenever I possibly can. The Stamina InStride Cycle XL Bike is a very popular mini exercise bike and I’m a proud owner of one.

Why I got a Stamina InStride Cycle XL Exercise Bike

With so many choices out there, what came over me to select this specific model? The convenient size. With only slightly more than 12 inches on each side, you can pick up and use anywhere, anytime. Although being seat-less, it provides you with an incredible and effective workout for the upper and lower body. The non-slip pedals can be used for hands or feet, depending on the desired areas of improvement. It also has adjustable controls and a timer that can be set to increase and monitor your workout progress which means no more guessing how long have you been exercising. Plus, it is a little workhorse, because despite its size, this bike continues to give me a full upper and lower body work out. How awesome is that!

The plus side of having a Stamina InStride Cycle XL Exercise Bike

Let us face the facts - you will find days where you just can't visit the gym. Sometimes the job schedule is simply too heavy or sometimes it is the weather (My home is in New England, therefore we get lots of snow). For the occasions where I can not go to the gym, I do not have to feel guilty any longer because I'm able to depend on my small stationary bike to provide me with the workout I want. It's not only portable; however it does the job of countless exercise equipment at the same time, without the cost.

Some Stamina InStride Cycle XL mini exercise bike users find it too noisy for use but it depends on the person’s tolerance. Yes, it makes a bit of noise, but only when used improperly.
