Whey Protein Drink Taste Tips - Exquisite with no Lumps

This 10 seconds also permits any un-dissolved powder to float to the top where you need to use the spoon to give it another fast stir before you gulp it down. Use the spoon to scrape any remaining whey and eat any of the mix sticking to the glass.
