Clear Channel Broadcasting, Incorporated. Its Subsidiaries And Affiliated Companies (Together, The 'Company'), Will Conduct The Competition Significantly As Shown In These Rules, And By Participating
Clear Channel Broadcasting, Incorporated. Its subsidiaries and associated corporations (together, the "Company"), will conduct the Competition substantially as described in these rules, and by participating , each partaker agrees as the following :
The Company may conduct the Competition at the same time and at the same time on a few participating rock radio stations owned and not owned by the Company, and in various States, and the Company may add or remove participating stations or change call letters of any participating station at any time in the Contest as announced on the affected station. Participating stations are mentioned above.
1. Description of Contest / Collaboration.
A. Dates of Contest : The Contest will begin and end on or about July 23, 2011 through July 24, 2011.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE Does Not INCREASE Chances OF WINNING. Void where forbidden. Odds of winning depend upon the quantity of participants.
B. How to Enter : Hear the station Sat. - Sunday between 9AM and 11PM PST for the cue to call in and be the elected caller to the Station's contest line. The right caller will win a prize. There'll be a total of 14 on air qualifiers for the Contest.
2.. Prize (s). The prize (s) that could be awarded to the admissible winner (s) are :
Preliminary Prize : A family 4-pack of tickets to KGB Sky Show on Sat., Sep 17th, 2011 at Qualcomm Stadium. (prize price $52.00). Prize supplied by KGB
The prize (s) that could be awarded to the suitable winner (s) aren't transferable, changeable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. Winner (s) must present state permitted identification before being awarded the prize. All prizes or prize vouchers must be redeemed from the Station inside 30 days of the contest end date unless stated otherwise in these official rules. Certain prizes are date particular (i.e. Concerts, trips) and the winner or winners must be available on the dates stipulated. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified for any basis, the Company reserves the right to determine an alternative winner or not to award that winner's prize, in its sole tact.
3. Eligibility and Limitations. Participants and winner (s) must be U.S. Residents, at least 18-years old, as determined by the Company, and reside in the Station's Total Survey Area (TSA), as outlined by Arbitron Incorporated. If the challenge is open to children, a parent or guardian of any player who is a minor must sign a release for the minor to be suitable to receive a prize , however , the Company reserves the inalienable right to refuse to award a prize to any minor. Unless otherwise stated above, only 1 (one) entry per person. Just one (one) prize per household for the Competition for any 30 (30) day period. Staff of the Company, the Contest's participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, workers of other radio or TV stations, and members of the instant family of any such folks are not eligible to take part and win. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, brothers , parents, youngsters, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws," or by current or past marriage (s), remarriage (s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons living at the same household whether or not related.
4. Telephone and Delivery Disclaimer. If a competition is a call in to win contest and / or a phone is wanted to take part in the Competition, participators are restricted to the utilising of ordinary phone gear. Participants that enable the "Caller ID" block function will not be permitted to participate unless they enter their correct area code and telefone number if prompted, or disable the features inhibiting their participation in the Competition. Participants using equipment not set up for toll free phone exchanges (eight hundred, 888, 877, 866, for example.) may experience call connection Problems. The Company denies all liability for the incapacity of a partaker to finish or continue a phone call due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond the Company's control, or otherwise.
