Everybody faces stress at one point or another. It's part of life. We all tend to believe that stress is bad but it doesn't have to be. Stress is anything that turns on the body's stress mechanism, so that might mean things that causes us to be happy are just as stressful. Getting married, starting employment, relocating to a brand new town, can all be good things to anticipate yet, they can cause a lot of stress. Learning to handle all of our stress, without reference to the cause is crucial because of the harm it causes each of us.
We are emotional, physical, social and spiritual humans, and none of us escapes the consequences of stress as it impacts our body. Stress can cause an amazing toll on our bodies.

Feelings can also pay a price as a fear of dying may develop. That together with worry, crying, nervousness, gloomy self-awareness, heightened guilt or shame, fear of going insane, panic feelings and / or fear of approaching doom can makes stress a threatening enemy.
If stress is unavoidable and the results of existing with it for any length of time can be harsh, how do you deal with it in order to avoid a unhappy existence or a premature death?
There are some practical things to do to start to scale back the negative results of stress.
Sleeping well : The truth is that that each of us need all the sleep we will get if we're going to avoid stress. Sleep is a vital antidote for the stress of everyday living. Doctor. Archibald D. Hart. Good sleep does not come from sleeping tablets, which only creates havoc in the body and meddles with the bodys capability to drop off to sleep naturally. If you can not sleep, it is better to just lie down, immobilise your body and relax your body and spirit as much as practicable. Proverbs 17:22 has been proven scientifically over and over again “A cheerful heart does good like medicine, but a broken spirit makes one sick.” There's a great quantity of proof to suggest that two of the best stimulants to our immune system are humor and happiness. Intriguingly enough, laughter is also good for a hurting head, ulcers and high cholesterol. So start laughing!
As discussed prior, we are not just physical and emotional beings, but spiritual beings too. It's the strength of our spirituality that will best work out how we handle and make a response to the pressures of life. A relationship with our Heavenly Father, thru belief in Jesus Christ allows us to live by a power that isn't our own. As Believers in Christ, we are given the supernatural power of God the Holy Spirit and the continuous presence of Our Lord God, which is the best cure of stress there is .
Matthew 6:25 tells us that we are not to worry about our life "what we are going to eat or what we're going to drink, nor our body as to what we are going to put on.
Why? Because your Heavenly Father, the source of everything we need, promises to provide and care for us as we pursue Him first and make Him our first priority in our lives.
Philippians 4:6 says “Don’t worry about anything but in everything by prayer and supplications with Thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.”
When you're overpowered with life and it seems to be more than you can bear, you've a decision to make. You can struggle thru as best you can hoping you'll come out ok. How about this, take your Heavenly Father up on His offer to come to Him with all of your worries and cares, acknowledging with a thankful heart that He alone is capable of making a way for you thru the strains and hardships of living life.
Living the Christian life does not mean sunshine and roses all the time but it does mean we have everything we need from God to address the tensions in life that come our way. Reciting His guarantees of how He promises to protect, provide, care for, buttress and do for us surpassing abundantly above all we could ask or think will feed our soul and fortify our mind so that we dont submit to the otherwise unavoidable consequences of stress.
