Elder Scrolls V Skyrim, This Game Is Largely Organic
Love RPG? Why should you buy Elder Scrolls 5? I’ll tell you why. There are countless reasons I could list. For me the one most important reason is the games dynamic essence!
What am I talking about? The one word, other than dynamic, would be organic, when explaining this game. It will grow to be a part of you, and through you. It will change and develop with how you play it.
The new Creation engine has been pulled out of the Fallout 3 engine. It has been totally rewritten for awesome results.
So what can this engine do? A lot! It creates a realistic and intricately dynamic world. It creates real-time weather systems, intricate detail in vegetation, and wind in the branches of trees, or wind swept channels on the water.
The mountains are not just cheap visual boundaries. Indeed not. Its a rugged terrain and you can walk to them, and climb to the top of them.
The other dynamism that can not be praised enough, is the Radiate Story AI that allows for self thinking NPCs, infinite dragons that can show up at anytime and attack the city. NPCs have a life of their own and will fight over the loot you drop.
The entire story, quests, NPCs, will adapt to the way the player plays. The story will be different for every player.
The introduction of dual wielding is cool. You can use metal with magic, or knives and hammers. You can combine any weapon, and if you use both of the same weapon that will give your attacks even more power.
Now you are no-longer locked into one particular class like guardian, or thief, you can now dynamically develop any character you want with any skill set, using perks you can store. So you can create a thief wizard, or a guardian assassin, or a captain hunter, whatever turns on your lights, etc.
You can completely ignore the main quest lines and stroll in any direction, and you will find something to do. The developers have put a lot of attention into every little detail. This means that killing little things may have meaning.
I would like to tell you more but there is not enough time. If you are not sold on it yet, than maybe you are not an RPG player. That's OK, even none RPG players are buying this game.
