Fourth step: The bow should be positioned between the thumb and the rest of the four fingers. Place the point finger on the pad and the pinkie finger must hold the metal tip.
Fifth step: Keep the instrument in place with your left hand. First practice moving your fingers in the strings. You need to have a stable hand to play the violin effectively. You can move on to the next step after practicing the movement of your fingers in the notes.
Sixth Step: You may wish to protect your hands and fingers from strain by fretting the right string with a light movement.
Seventh Step: As a beginner, you must practice simple songs first. After you have mastered one, you can move on to more challenging songs. Practice more in maneuvers that are most challenging for you. Easy as they seem, you may find yourself sweating during your violin sessions.
